Neil Young said "HI" to me today and also thanked the crew as he walked out of the arena.... PRICELESS.

We need that guy posting here.

Whenever I drive through Blind River Ontario or Omemee Ontario I think of Mr Young.

Actually, I've spent alot of time on the lonely Trans Canada highway listening to Mr youngs tunes.

"Well, it was
Back in Blind River in 1962
When I last saw you alive
But we missed that shift
On the long decline
Long may you run."

"Old man look at my life,
Twenty four
And there's so much more
Live alone in a paradise
That makes me think of two.

Love lost, such a cost,
Give me things
That don't get lost.
Like a coin that won't get tossed
Rolling home to you."

Plom; He seems every bit as cool as you would think he is... I got to watch the whole rehearsal today and the show...I was even on the stage moving crap around during the show. He's the real deal. Super nice to everybody pretty much godlike. The guy has had a remarkably tough life considering his fame. I felt like a roman catholic that got to see the pope..

Was funny to have to say to a cashier Kosher anything. Not sure I've done that ever. Also she gave me this INS like quiz and I was too hungover to comprehend any of it. Probably never going back because I'm afraid of her.

That was hilarious. She TOLD him to sign the back of his credit card because "a lot of places won't accept it if it isn't signed, you can write 'please see id'" Steve looks at her for a moment with a dumbfounded look on his face, then signs the card, she then says something else to him, and he just stares at her with a blank expression, her and I shared a laugh over that. I wish I could have got it on camera....need to remember to tape these moments. They are priceless.

They are routinely playing awful Christmas music at the grocery store now. It's been going on for at least a week.

Muddy I love some of the holiday music, I just hate it when everyone gets all christmasy and Thanksgiving hasn't even passed yet.
I love the holidays, but I also enjoy celebrating them in their proper order in proper time. I'm ot big on decorating for any holiday other then Christmas, and then I tend to go a bit overboard as Steve will soon come to see.
