It has not been anything close to 10 years since I did pushups. I doubt I have done one since I went back to physical work but before that (~year and a half ago) I always worked out regularly and sometimes there were pushups.

I find pushups to be a crappy, boring exercise. Not crappy in terms of the quality of work they provide. I would guess they are okay for some muscle building. They would keep the heart rate up as part of a bigger workout. Just crappy in that you're staring at the floor and putting uncomfortable stress on the wrists.

My 2 cents on pushups.

Suddenly we are back on the bagged milk thing. That was even more random than usual.

RENO !!!!!

I'm not sure of this bagged milk, but I sure as heck do not trust powdered milk.

Awhile back, I was doing the grocery shopping since that was my womanly duty (and quite frankly, I like to eat my foods and he kept coming back with some strudel crap that had five million calories and soda...none of which I eat/drink - it didn't matter if anything else was on the list). I don't drink milk. I'll buy a small container if I need it for baking/cooking, but it tends to go bad. One day, I needed it and he REFUSED to run to the store even though I was in the process of making an elaborate meal. He went to the cupboard and pulled out a box of powdered milk. I think we went without the milk and I accidentally threw out the milk when cleaning the cupboards. He said it's good to have on hand because "you never know when you're going to need milk!" I buy a container of milk regularly to make sure that there is NEVER a reason that the powdered crap in the cupboards ever again.

"He kept coming back", "he refused", maybe you aren't ready to admit it yet and maybe no-one else here can see it but when I read how these are worded I can see that "he" is on borrowed time.

I love @HonestToddler.
