I love the weights (and the socks, too - I usually alternate so that it says NINJA BUSINESS instead of both the same). Best investment EVER.

I don't go that heavy for biceps. Yet.

Here's what makes me happy. I decide to watch a bit of NFL football and I look at the available games and decide which one I like best.

So I turn it on and - here's the happy part - it's not Dan Dierdorf announcing. He is doing another game.
