Prolly shouldn't have opened this thread before watching the finale. :facepalm: I bet it wasn't the stepdad or the hearse driver or Naz either.

I still think black guy was involved somehow. Bodie wouldn't have lied about being alone that night if black guy wasn't involved.

I thought it was good though. The Night Of (spoiler alert probably).

I was expecting them to try and do a whole lot and really twist themselves into contortions to have a super-dramatic ironic ending. But no - it was really more of a realistic expose against a fictional background. It just showed a lot of real shit and let it sit there. In the end I think I find that more powerful.
 
Yeah that ending was surprisingly satisfying. Everything's shades of grey and shit. Real deep yo.

They really should've done away with the "romance" with the lawyer though. The actress wasn't able to sell it at all.

Oh well. Still a tremendous show. 9.2 Matty Rains overall.
