Slight eyeroll about importantly connected people coincidentally running into each other like that. Like NYC is such a tiny place that of course everyone runs into everyone.

I feel like that is not the only time that has happened with this show - but I also have the movie The Night Before fresh in my mind where there were about 5 incidents like that - like there are only 11 people in New York so people just keep bumping into each other randomly on the streets.

Not a major complaint but I'm just saying: movie/TV people need to WATCH IT!

Manhattan is only a mile wide. So probably more likely to happen there, than any other city in the world.

On the other hand, the dad lives in Queens, which is an outer borough of NYC. He would more realistically be a food delivery guy there.

On to something else: Stranger Things.

Okay I am getting recommendations fired at me from every direction - and I know we have some here liking/loving it - here's my question: did you love it right from the start or did things happen a number of episodes in where you started getting hooked?

Right from the start. If you're not feeling it after 2 episodes (or maybe one), I wouldn't bother.

I have watched 2 episodes and, left to my own devices, would just bail at this point - but there is so much hullaballoo. I got guy that works right beside me and guy on the radio and hooligans at gamelive. Overheard conversations here and there.

But yeah I'm out. I thank you for the permission.

Nostagia for the 80's you say? You guise are old. Guy that works beside me who loves it was only born in '93.

We have an Chinese dentist who's like a miracle worker in keeping all my original teeth still in my mouth! Every time I go in there I'm like the only American in there!

One time he reworked a bad broken cavity/tooth combo and I told him he was like Michelangelo, and he goes, "you saying I'm gay?" Lol! Some history fact I guess I didn't know! So I came back at him with "OK, you're Leonardo Da Vinci!"

Run into people I know all the time. Blitty's right it's small. But also, just like anywhere people tend to inhabit even smaller sections like neighborhoods or blocks 90% of the time. Even though i live in NYC i pretty much spend all my time at my apartment, my office, and 3-4 bars in between.

Jonah Hill: Actor Says He Got Sick And Was Hospitalized From Snorting Fake Drugs on Set of 'The Wolf of Wall Street'

"If you ingest that much matter into your lungs you'll get very sick, and we were literally doing fake coke for, like, seven months, every day."

It's a helluva fake drug.

That was a big shrug for me. Nas doing good business relates somehow to his guilt/innocence in the murder case?

There was also a really bad - well, not so much bad as completely unrealistic - moment when Nas' lawyer was surprised with the information that Nas had injured TWO kids at his old school - and she followed up on it. My law background is basically limited to watching Law And Order and some movies - and I know not to do the idiotic thing she did of inviting a description of some not-previously-introduced violence her client did. They made her very hesitant but still, they had her go there. No lawyer is that clueless.

Anyway, I shouldn't dwell on what I see as weak when there is so much good and I am really enjoying the show.

I am definitely not backing off my prediction that Nas will be found innocent of chicky-poo's murder but will do something else to be legitimately jailed.
