Very sad day for Bread

I've read a little bit o this thread, and I have to say to Bread not to let these people turn you off to the cardio. I ride a bike around for around 200 miles a week, and I feel great. I don't almost pass out when walking up 5 steps, and when done doing the sex thing, I don't have to wait around for 5 minutes to catch my breath. If your on a cardio machine, make sure there is a T.V. with something you like on it. Otherwise you will be bored. I suggest you go rollerskate down at the beach each night.

Hoffy that sounds just dirty enough that I could be interested.

My free "consultation" was nothing more than some jagoff (fatter than me) trying to upsell me on getting a personal trainer. I don't think so. Then he told me I don't even need cardio. Then that was it. So I hit some weights.

Tomorrow I start on cardio. Half cardio, half weights. No wait, tomorrow is racketball. Whatever. Then me and Robyn played badminton in sweltering heat for an hour and a half.

I just started playing racquetball again a few weeks ago. Good workout and I enjoy it. Bread, do you wear goggles when you play? I could see you in Racquetball goggles, sweatbands on your head and wrists, and knee pads. Bread, tell me you sport this garb when you play.

No way dood! Guy I play with sports the goggles. They bother me. We play on outdoor courts, so during the summer I do wear shades. Awesome workout. Near-death experience during the summer tho.
 
When I let myself get out of shape 3 years ago, I had a personal trainer one time that pushed me so hard I couldn't walk two days later. Its always two days later that it hurts the most. I had to use a desk chair on wheels to get around the house for a full day. Did not leave the house one time. I thought I had ripped both my calf muscles. Every time I stop lifting and try to get back into I feel your pain Bread. Drink lots of water and stretch every muscle before and after every workout.
