Layoff the greasy salty food. Some people feel better after giving up pork products.

You'll feel better.

Hang in there, pal.

PS: Yes I saw the post prior to your edit.

pork and tomato sauce as on pizza, or spaghetti , or just about all italian foods, etc...
is a guaranteed "only think bout eating those if theres w/out a doubt a porta jon on job next day" above average move w/ the qucikness bile movement kinda day.

whats your bp looking like these days Matty?
signs of marital (is there a lil matty on the way also or did I imagine that) induced health troubles yet?

There is a lil' Matty on the way. :guitar:

I took a handful of readings this morning. I typically score between 140 and 150 over 100, but this morning I was at 128/89. Guess the new meds are working. :dunno:

I gave up hard liquor for the foreseeable future. (It's right there on a shelf in case of an emergency though.)

It was weird to dream about a giant dead silverfish in the middle of town because one of the main things I notice about them is how they basically disappear when you kill them. Like you expect a little spot of squashed bug about the size of the live bug you were just looking at, but more often than not they kinda turn invisible. You want to pick up the dead thing but it's like, "Where the fuck did it go?"

A dead silverfish is anything but conspicuous.

A dead silverfish is not an effective way to send a message.

I happened to pop in to a different grocery store the other day and I got to thinking about jalapeno chips. Years ago, my grocery store had some great jalapeno chips. Maine Coast. It was a beautiful clean jalapeno chip.

But they stopped selling them and the only jalapenos they had was Miss Vickies. It is not a terrible chip but they weren't as clean. It was like they had been dragged around some.

They also had some jalapeno and cheddar chips. I think they are Old Dutch. I can buy them once in awhile but they never fit in the regular rotation. It's an outsider chip.

I hoped the different grocery store might have Maine Coast but no dice. What they did have though was Pringles. Pringles jalapeno. I am always suspicious of Pringles chips. I have seldom bought any kind of Pringles chips in my life. They aren't like real chips. I never feel sure they are made from potatoes. I keep expecting to hear some day they are actually made from reprocessed tree bark.

I tell you what though: the Pringles jalapeno aren't half bad. It's like a toy chip, but it tastes okay.
