I've been having INTENSE cravings for junk food lately.

I'm embarrassed for what I just ate.

i just had a whole wheat tortilla smothered in sour cream (the real stuff) with home make pico de gallo as my midnight snack. followed by 3 redvines.

1/2 bag of fritos
1L orange juice

I now feel sick. Pills are creating these cravings.

Fivey, if it makes you feel a bit better, for the past 4 nights I've been making dinner for my son as usual but I refuse to eat it. Instead, I've had a bag of microwave popcorn and 1/4 to 1/2 of a full Pavlova. The Pavlova I make is supposed to feed 10 people a decent sized serving.
