It is a great philosophical question and definer of people. Do you save the best for last - or go straight for the best?

I am a best-for-last personality. My ex was definitely a go-straight-for-the-best-stuff person

In a discussion about this, someone brought up the idea of a sandwich cut in half that certain way such that there is a squared half and a rounded half - and asked which I would eat first. I thought that was very interesting. I bet there are people with string opinions about one configuration being superior to the other.

Me, I find something wonderful about both.

Attention dickhead who leaves voice mail prompt pretending to be answering the phone then surprise, it's not you and the caller gets the beep: You're not funny or original, and you come across as an idiot.

Attention people who have their kids leaving voice mail prompts: your kid is not that cute, you're not funny or original, and you come across as an idiot.

You didn't think you were in the same idiotic boat but congratulations, you are.

As a child I used to eat the grain part of Lucky Charms and save all the marshmallows for the end of my meal. Now I don't take the time to separate. I also recall wanting to save the cherry from a sundae until the bitter end. Nope. Not anymore. Just scarf it down with the rest. I guess I go straight for the good stuff now. Plus, I might end up losing it to a needy child if I don't get it out of the way.
