Southern Tier IPA 6.9/10

IMO you may as well just opt for the 2XIPA by Southern Tier because it's one of the best IPA's I have ever had. Their regular IPA is only okay though. None of the punch of fresh hops like the 2X, none of the citrus aroma in the nose, it's just average. Decent body, not much carbonation, hardly any head or lacing to speak of. 2XIPA. Just go gets some if you haven't had it. It's far, far better. I would review it, but I drank them last night.

CB, this is one of my favs.,

Call it Hobo Dinner:

8 b-sized red potatoes, quartered

1 package carrots

I Head cabbage, rough chop

1 grocery store varity smoked sausage, 1 grocery variety kielbasa

(for other more importaant recipies, I would suggest better stuff, but let's face it, this is a crock pot deal....)

1 Beef boulillon cube, and 1/4 cup water....

8 hours on low, and fukking feast on goodness for 3 days....

As a single person, this is a BGS staple about once a month when not grilling or doing pasta....

CB,

Whether I am dating or not, I generally refuse to take the easy road with processed food/fast food. I applaud your great cooking efforts. I have to be hungover like the devil to eat something I haven''t prepared myself; the sole exception is Lean Pockets (and even that is shiat)......

I fancy myself a bit of a cook, but as far as simplicity goes, this one is the shit. I think I will share my other single guy recipes in a different thread next week.
