Real easy one is a beef roast..i have done rump roast all the way to eye of the round.
I cut deep into it and stuff garlic in there. .then I cut off some fat and plug the hole...I also cut off fat and stuff that deep into the roast as well. Stuffing the roast with some fat is not an option...its mandatory...as in always. In the oven...in the crockpot...season with whatever ya like.
Me goes salt, pepper, allspice, italian seasoning, onion powder...whatever.
2 medium yellow onions (Julian) and a full jar of pepperoni peppers...juice and all.
Cooked on low...time varies on roast size.
