my only pot crockett recipe is beef stew.

put small chunks of beef , carrots, onions, taters and add some onion gravy mix and water.

I spent $12.99 on the Mikkeller (but that was 2 beers worth), the Snuttynose Pumpkin was $8.99 for a 6 and the Souther Tier Porter was only $7.99 for a 6.

I still have 4 pumpkins left and 5 porters left.

The Mikkeller is gone, and the other Southern Tier's are from a variety pack the GF bought yesterday only $15.99 for a 12.

We are now nearing the "shredding" stage...almost 8 hours in. As you can see, the grease from the pork has risen almost to the top of the onions. You don't want your pork cooking in that shit.

Virtuoso I have not had any of those beers. I will see if my local shop carries them.
