I think he rolled his eyes at himself while saying that.

So, after watching Game of Thrones's infamous "Red Wedding" episode last week, I am finally hooked, so I decided to rewatch from the beginning. Much easier to follow now that I have a better idea of who's who, who's where and why, etc. I still need to ask the occasional question to the GF (she's read all the books) and look up stuff on the GoT wiki, and I have to watch with subtitles on otherwise I lose roughly half of what's being said.
But yeah.
Good show.
:hides:
I'm still not sure how anyone can enjoy it with no prior knowledge of the books, and without doing some research. The GF agrees with me.
Started watching a 5-part mini-series called Parade's End with Benedict Cumberbatch. First episode was alright - good enough to keep me going. Not much of any depth to report at this point.
I just like saying Benedict Cumberbatch.
Blitty, didn't even watch final episode for the year! Too many new characters IMO came aboard in 2nd season! Show is all over the place with some vital people of the show not even getting air time every show! Now we wait a whole year to try and remember WTH is going on!
Blitty, he's preparing for life when he's officially married! He's going the way of a long, lost forum pal, RIP AMby!

They killed most of them off and more will die next season, so the herd is being thinned.
