The way I see it, there is an upside to his appearance.

If a production is casting for a handsome man and you are one of those, you are competing with ten zillion other guys.

But sometimes a script calls for a funny-lookin' little trollish guy. It basically comes down to Steve Buscemi versus Paul Giamatti.

Better odds.

Seems like the last season ended so long ago that I only vaguely remember many of the storylines. But from what I recall, I'm pretty sure Walt has been a complete piece of shit and reprehensible character since well before the fourth season.

Have you made it to the episode where Walt throws a baby out the window of a speeding car?

Watched Crazy Heart with Cami last night. Just a remarkable movie, Jeff Bridges plays the drunken washed up country singer scarily good and the whole thing is a pleasure to watch again and again. 9.0 Camipillows.

Chick shoulda gave him another chance when he sobered up, dude loved her.

Anybody remember the NBC Sunday Night Mystery Movie? Which of course was not a movie at all but a series of rotating TV series.

The main ones I recall:

Columbo
McMillan and Wife
McLeod

I think they got rotated in and out over a period of years. It was all detective stuff. It may have expanded to other nights of the week too. Although I don't think I ever watched them, I also remember the names.
