Good point Matty, though I would wonder if it has changed and evolved over the years, what was the reasoning for keeping letters and things or changing or not changing words and spellings? So you are telling me the English Language came last basically, but is somehow the "international language" as some might refer to it.

Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Apparently English is not the only one. I guess in a way it makes sense, I have to admit though, there are some words I just sit there, adn stare at it, and I am like, why does this word, or version of it exist? Sometimes I find the english lanuage, and more specifically the people who don't use it correctly to be so asinine.

There Will Be Blood (2007) - Well okay, I saw it in my listings and figured maybe it was time to give it a second viewing.

It's good. Maybe I find it just a tad over-rated ??? Well that's not even right. The imdb rating is 8.1 and I'm right there. I guess I just find that it is a movie that is likely to produce a gaga (over)reaction in certain criticky types. I see many comments which basically amount to 'OMG it's a character study - but he's a dickhead which makes it all so extra amazing! Top 10 movie of all time!'

That is not my way of thinking. But it's a very good movie.

It is of course all about the journey and the journey here was mostly interesting. It had originality and historical perspectives and I was absorbed pretty much the whole time.

Daniel Day-Lewis was magnificent. It is often considered one of the great performance of our time and I have no quibble with that assessment.

So yeah, very good.

8.1 out of 10

So after 1.3 seasons of Boardwalk Empire my growing curiosity had grown to an undeniable compulsion and I looked up some real-life footage of Paz de la Huerta. I had to know if she was perhaps a bright, articulate young actress who had skillfully created her comically useless and insipid (but definitely serving a purpose) character, or if in fact she is actually kinda like that.

The latter.

Haha I did the same thing 3 weeks ago.

I think she's very good looking, though.

But, yeah.
