I've only locked up a wheel hard-braking at a good velocity once, but it was a rather sickening feeling.

About to swap the fuel tank on my bike. The current tank is from a different year (and different color) and I managed to snag a NOS black tank for $150 on Fleabay. Derusted and resealed it. S'gonna look noice.

I chickened out this morning and just walked to work.

I thought about that too, but remembered that he said his bro got a Suzuki.

I wear my jacket (textile, with elbow, shoulder, and spine protection) almost always.
I wear my helmet not as often as I should.
Gloves always.
Textile pants almost never except when it's really cold, but they're very nice to have when you want them.

The white one next to mine? It's my buddy's FZR600R, a 1992 vintage I believe. Cool bike with a crazy aftermarket exhaust, sounds like an F1.

Not yet. Guess I could grab the turn signal lens and clutch lever there. There are a handful just outside the city.
