More thoughts on jobs and working

I don't own a smart phone and am not seeing one in my immediate future.

I do have a cellphone. I was going to look up a pic of it and post it - but I can't find it.

I prolly average 1 cellphone call per month averaging 1 minute. Every once in awhile I will notice that my brother texted me a week or two ago. For all that, I pay something like $16/month.

Seems crazy. It's there for emergencies though I guess.



(Yes, I realize phone calls are not the primary raison d'etre for smart phones.)

Hmm, surprised to see this here. I remember typing it and then I contemplated what I had done and I thought, "Ugh, what a drippy, dull post."

My intention was to not post it but apparently I failed.

Okay this made it somewhat worthwhile though.

Always loved this quote for the American movie. One way or another billions of people are doing this kind of job, which is sad really.
