Hard to say. She seems very tense all the time. She walked into a pretty high pressure situation there.

I don't interact with her much when I am in Harmony's area - which I have been primarily since she (Nicole) has started working here - so I don't have a strong sense if she is good at her job.

I have had a few issues I have needed to talk to her about and I have tried to josh around and keep it relaxed but she has not been swept up in the Mudcat charm so far. Just kinda tense and defensive.

Cute as a button though.

Order entry. We have just had a major shift in how Inside Sales is organized - and a couple new computer systems working through start-up glitches - and that's what she has walked into.

She was hired as a temp and no one knows how any of this is going to go and if a full-time person will be required in the long term. Based on my impressions, I strongly suspect it will be a permanent full-time position. If so, would she be offered it? I just couldn't say.

She seems very snuggly though.

Yeah but also being in a position like that and not being able to vent with normal conversation will result in pent up aggression.

Basically, time it right and she will fuck like an animal, this is a given. Pretend like you're the one in charge of determining if she sticks or not and go from there, imo.

They let us go from work early again today because the computer system was fokked up. It is not an isolated event. Seems to come up every couple months or so. Computer goes blooey and they close up shop.

I ain't complaining. Believe me, I ain't complaining. I could have suggested about 10 things that don't involve the computer that people could do to keep busy and tidy up annoying loose ends around the company - but I did not do that.

When the subject of possibly leaving was brought up my primary and consistent position was: Bye.

But what ever happened to initiative?
