With hundreds of games left (many important ones with playoff implications) this year, attendance is only down slightly from all of last year.

The only thing that is down for MLB is national broadcasts. Regional broadcasts are as strong as ever.

I would wager there is a strong tongue-in-cheek element to what Tron posted up there. He is highlighting the absurdity of a "debating" style often shown by certain internet types, I believe.

I mean, his point is clear and correct - but the delivery style, I believe, is for effect (and gave me a pretty good chuckle.)
