Because I believe it is against my rights to force me to wear a seatbelt in a car or a helmet on a bike.... Just my opinion.

And what happens if you don't have insurance and you get injured because of your right not to wear a seat belt or a helmet? Should the government pay to fix you up at the hospital for your right to be stupid? It is scientifically proven. The human bone is not as strong as steel, concrete or asphalt.

Unlike my American brethren I live in Canada so there I have insurance. I rarely wear my seatbelt but think it is incredibly stupid to lose points here because I am not wearing a seatbelt..... I will pay the $125 fine...... Fok conformity. I refuse.....

If you have insurance then that changes everything! So yeah go ahead and fall off the bike without a helmet.

little off topic but...
I got a letter from the state the other day telling me I going to be fined and my registration revoked on my Xs car ( actually my car now) since I dont have insurance on it.
I'm not driving it, its sitting in the yard for sale. I got the tag for it and titled switched to my name so I could sell it. However I havent gotten insurance on it cause I'm not driving it

but theres some law that you HAVE to have insurance on any car that registered in your name.
Why do I have to have insurance on a car thats not being driven???

To be honest I have rarely ridden a bike (motorcycle) without a helmet. I still don't think it should be law. Now seatbelts in a vehicle is a different story. I think it's a stupid law which I will not abide by. I should make a video of this shit.
