Fried Chicken, Southern Green beans, Mashed tatoes, and slaw.

chicken:
4-6 pieces drum sticks and/or thighs
6-8 eggs
paprika
pepper
salt - table or sea
pepper
cayenne
garlic
oil
1-2 cups flower
3/4 cup corn starch

whisk egg, paprika, pepper, salt, and cayenne, place chicken in egg
wash and sit in fridge for 15 min. flip and sit for another 15.
In paper bag mix flower, corn starch and spices, toss chicken and sit on
wire rack for 10 minutes. Fry in at least 2 inches of oil in pot for
10 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Once done,
lay on paper towel.

Green beans:
1-2 cans cut green beans
butter
white/vidalia onion
salt
pepper

Melt 2 tbs butter
saute onion
add green beans (with or without liquid)
add salt and pepper to taste
cook on medium-low heat till dinner is done and add butter as needed

fix the slaw and mashed tatoes as you like.

The Calamari could have been better, but for my first try ever, it was pretty damn good.
The Chicken Marsala was IMPO better then in most restaurants I've tried it!
All in all though, I decent meal.
