So what's the game plan now to not balloon up again? Just riding bike?
I'm still logging everything (food + exercise) and I'm creating the same rather extreme caloric deficit (~1000 calories a day). I'm just not restricting carbs anymore, and since I'm biking every day I can eat just about anything (up to my daily caloric budget.)

My carbs/protein/fat targets look quite different now... I'm actually having trouble eating enough carbs:

-3/4 cup oatmeal with 1 tbsp maple syrup
-Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein bar (microwaved 20 seconds 👌)
-Coffee w/ 3 tbsp half & half and 1 tbsp maple syrup
-Half a cucumber
-1/2 cup Vector cereal w/ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
