Coffee with half & half and maple syrup
Entire 150g bag of trail mix
2 orange Gatorade bottles
1 Budweiser
2 protein bars
15g fancy cheese
4 slices salami
Half a piece of keto bread
~3500 calories and 340g net carbs
Still way low on protein and calories for the day. Ima need to swallow a whole chicken tonight.
