You don't necessarily have to grind your own beans, you can buy coffee pre-ground. Try taking an iron supplement and see if that helps.
It well could be as I don't eat that much meat/protein. I think it has more to do with having to drug myself into oblivion to sleep thru the and therefore suffering the related consequences. Also since the shoulder injury I have not been working out much (at all) so I know that is at play also.

The Keurig unit we have here has no model printed on it but from google, it appears to be a 00145. Not fancy. It's not even connected to our water supply - which my sister's home unit is. You just keep refilling the reservoir.

It looks like this:

I'm sure you can shop around for k-cups. I only bought them once for last year's Secret Santa. I got three 6-packs and stayed under the $20 limit but yeah, I'm sure you could do better with a little effort.

I guess the advantage of Keurig over a regular coffee maker is freshness of every cup. Downside: more farting around with every cup (unless using the k-cups which are very simple).

Me, I have a regular coffee maker at home and am not worried about replacing it.

Are you at least walking on your treadmill?

I did....once or twice. I was going to start back walking the bike trails this week, but then the a/c shit happened. I will try again Monday. Have to start on a Monday. I'm very anal that way. We're really talking the last month. I have taken some good 5 and 6 mile walks since the injury, but since P/T started, it really cuts into my ability to do the outdoor walking. I also should not have moved treadmill downstairs. Maybe I can find the indian guys to bring it back up again.

Just took a nice jog around the neighborhood chasing escaped Pogo. This seems to happen every other day/ night.

WTH. I have $150 gift cards for Sears I traded miles for, so I guess I'll use that on a Keurig. No one seems to have anything bad to say about them except for the cost of the cups. I should be able to expense this as part of work necessity, but don't think that will fly.

That one Muddy posted appears to be the Office Pro 145...

would that be something appropriate for home use or does it appear to be a little industrial? It's only another $20 or so more than the home one....I'm wondering if for when we have company that would be useful. Of course that is becoming more rare, and usually just 2 -3 extra people here when it happens, so probably no need for it.

Personally I would rather have one that is tied into the water supply rather than refilling the reservoir all the time.

:dunno:
I agree, but that would seemingly require more set up effort than I think I have in me at this time. I'll talk to the rep at Sears I guess. Whatever I get will be better than what I've got going on now I guess.

I stopped buying pre made coffee and Red Bull in favor of making my own coffee, but with just me, it's kind of a pita. Thinking about a Keurig, but there are so many different types. Not sure it's worth the expense...but I like the concept. I think.

I have one for 7 years now. Wouldn't go back to pot coffee. We have one in the office too. I highly recommend it.

Well there you go! Even just a brisk walk around the block is better then nothing, at least it gets your body moving. I agree you should have the treadmill moved back upstairs. Especially now that winder is coming.
