My goal at the moment is to maximize recovery and not add calories. maybe in 6-8 weeks I will go to concentrate.
well I don't like coffee....and I ain't gonna get fancy...normally I mix it up in about 6oz of water and just pound it down like a champ.

thats great that you can find the time...my split has been fucked up the last few months...the tennis elbow was brutal and my shoulder bitches bad after both chest and shoulder days....usually a good day of rest is needed after legs, or ill try to make that my arm/ab day
What do you have to say about Shakeology?
My wife drinks that shit, so I gave it a try. I throw in a few strawberries, and half a banana. I drink it first thing in the morning. Basically after that I'm not hardly hungry the rest of the day. Eat a little for lunch and a good supper.
The shit cost us like 140 for a month for both of us to drink 1 a day.
