I specifically said in a post this morning that I understood your intent was not to double. My problem wasn't as much betting more aggressively (but not doubling) as betting more aggressively while simultaneously putting a bunch of big plays in at once because you thought I might miss them because I "wasn't around all the time." ...and not realizing that the main goal of this was to have fun and hopefully win a little money at the same time.

I am not sure why you need to resort to name calling....but that's not very good guyish.

And Reno, I wasn't being snarky when I suggested you cash out and let me put your plays in as you want them played. I am not putting someone in your spot. Send me your paypal and I will send you your cut if you really want out. OR if you want me to cash you out and hold on to it and use it to put in a play for you, I will do that too....OR stay in and we will work together to hammer out some rules. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Zones were never intended to go on indefinitely. They were meant for 5-6 games. The ones we did were usually for $50-100 so a 5 person zone could net $3200 (w/o accounting for vig) and when they very rarely won, that money would be divided. Obviously I wasn't inclined to start multiple ones of that level here. Because of the push, I guess we kept going. ..In hindsight that was a mistake without setting down concrete rules. I should have never left it up for discussion. I just didn't think there would be this much variance in how players wanted to proceed past the first round of picks. This is uncharted territory. Live and learn.

Anyway, I feel bad that it turned out this way. The most drama I have ever seen is someone giving someone shit about a losing pick that ends the zone. If I would have known it was going to impact our friendship, I would never have started it in the first place.
