Ok to make it simple: I don't wanna frat around indefinitely with $60. I wanna give us a chance to get the br up to an amount that actually matters.

Farting around with small -ex bets always decreases your chances of reaching a certain positive threshold.

Example:
Roulette. You are gonna bet black or red. You have 10k. You're goal is to double your br. Which strategy gives you the highest chance of reaching goal before busting?

1. Bet 10k on one spin.
2. Bet $1 a spin till you either reach 20k or go broke.

Why are these the only two choices?

If your goal was to double your bankroll in roulette (or anything) either of these strategies seems a like very poor way to go.

They are simply examples to demonstrate the point. No matter what amount you bet bellow all of it, decreases your chances for success. That's why your double up strategy in these zones for rec gamblers is in fact the best strategy

It's not that it doesn't "feel good" to me.. I have over 2k in action every night.,.I have no problem risking my own money on my own bets. .I just don't think this is the right forum for that route. Can't you just make your own plays for your own "big money" without jeopardizing the winnings/ fun of the non and recreational gamblers? That's what I don't get.

Nina If you want to take out your cut after the next two games, I will do a subzone for your playsm and Reno if you want to put in a play for later tonight, I will bet the rest of the zone money on that game. Or if you want to stay in Nina, you can do that too.

Keep in mind, that my game limit is $500/game so regardless of how high your bankroll gets, that will always be game limit.
 
And if the rest of you aren't on board with Reno's all or nothing plan, you need to speak up. I know Nina would like a conservative approach...I thought Tron did? I don't think Kato cares, Plommer probably views as a freeroll with Reno I'm guessing.

For the sake of this thread (which I get is for fun) I would be totally ok with 4 simultaneous plays where each play was risking 12.5% of our roll.
