I don't understand. You always hear about people swallowing their tongue. They don't have to cut it off. It just happens and then the paramedics have to fish it out.

Maybe it's something that can happen when you're unconscious? Maybe it just slides in there?

Only somewhat related, but I have a friend who just had surgery because his uvula was too long. They did about 4 different things to help his sleep apnea, and excising the uvula was just one. Supposed to be one of the most painful surgeries ever. Can't eat much of anything for 3-4 weeks.
 
I'll tell you what I am really hating. There is a sudden onslaught of radio commercials where they take some established Christmas standard and change the words to advertise a product. It is generally done with intentionally mediocre singing. Like I guess you're supposed to relate to the lovable boob singing Jingle bells, jingle bells, cell phones, texts and whatever-the-fuck.

I've done a couple of YouTubes of Xmas songs but if I was to do a full and proper recording, I think I might go with The Little Drummer Boy. I can envision some elaborate and amazing vocal harmonies with that which I've never heard done.

WTF do I get my Dad for Christmas?

He doesn't drink or smoke, isn't into gadgets, he likes watches but has like 100, need some ideas.

I was thinking of getting him some pop music but 99.9% of it nowdays sucks.
 
I hate shopping for everyone and I hate being shopped for.

Screw all that shit, I say. I mean, the little guy, sure. But do the adults really need to go through this exercise of exchanging gift cards, year after year?
