Afraid to step on a scale. Do you know what months of 90% casino food and sitting on your ass all day does to you with no working out? Yeah, it ain't pretty. Bought a weight but too lazy to even open the box. Will start back with that then will likely take it to a local gym.

On my 4th consecutive week of lifting heavy 30-45 mins 3x a week (push/pull/legs & abs). Eating 1750 cals (approx. .8g of protein per lb. of lean body mass) and trying to drop 6-10lbs...
Keeping it simple. Will complicate it once I've proven I can do the simple.
Yep, sounds like you're gonna learn the hard way...I get it, massive weights going from "dead" to active. Love it though, probably my fave lift, compound everything. Guess I'll be singing a new tune when I get laid up a couple more times. I've quit behind the head military press and upright rows, they both seem to mess up my rotator.
