Fulltime bartenders here work 32 hours (4 days) with the exception of chain bars. Dont tell me I'm wrong, you don't know this area, ok? Not all old-school independent bars can afford elaborate inventory systems.

FW, even at 32 hours a week my math is WAY above $18,000 a year.
