1 cup fiber one cereal (or a bowl of twigs, sometimes I get confused), 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder. 2 eggs cooked in 1 tbs smart balance light. 1 peanut butter kind bar. 1/4 hydrocone. 2 bites of Mr. X's veggie "meatloaf" and I'm eyeing his pepsi. In ten minutes I'm "allowed" 300-400 more calories. I'm thinking about riding my bike to Starbucks to get a 1/3 steamed soy brewed chai and another kind bar.
