three eggs over easy cami style (which means perfect yolk) over toast with country crock
french vanilla coffee from french press - one cup
roughly 750 millileters of Clover Valley water
working on a dr pepper right now then kabobs with steak/onion/peppers/mushrooms and mlite pounders but that's off topic this isn't what we will eat and it isn't what have you drank or will drink today either

so I am sorry but not really
 
1 cup coffee, black
some water
tangerine
one can tuna, light
two slices toast, with margarine

post workout meal woke up at 6:15 am and worked out for like 90 minutes, we're going to see how cami feels about me blasting rap music and shadowboxing while she's trying to sleep

update: Cami fine with the workout but not thrilled with the blasting rap music, at that hour anyway

eat a handful around bedtime with a hugh scoop of real peanut butter on top... sooo gwood

wish i had an oxy for breakfast this morning, iga... woke up late... ive had 2 cups of oats with cinnamon on top, 6oz of eggwhites and a shake ... getting pretty tired of eating and not really putting much weight on...time to change some things up i guess :choo:
 
It's Roll Up The Rim season at Timmies and I won a free coffee AND a donut. The ladies behind the counter are instructed to show enthusiasm when someone presents them with a winning roll of the rim, so not only did I get a free breakfast, but I also got a nice corporate wooooo!
