I just watched the documentary "Food Inc." http://www.takepart.com/foodinc Watch the trailor. Then watch the film. Then stop eating at McDonalds......so much.

I have read Fast Food Nation.

McDonald's is still delicious.

But mostly, dining options are limited when it's minus one million degrees out. The McDick's is literally attached to our building. Hard to resist.

I pack my meals in a cooler.

I think I spent $25 on a cooler and 2 ice packs.

McDonalds is food you can get away with eating regularly when you're 16 years old.

I hear ya, but like Tron said, you can always BRING food along... I have that book but never finished it....probably many of the same arguments. Actually I think the FFN guy was in this film...who knows, maybe he helped create it.

hahaha. I know. When I was working I felt bad for the ones in the break room heating up their hot pockets and leftovers. I usually went out. In retrospect, I would have saved a ton of money if I would have brown bagged it more...not sure I would do it differently though.

Lots more options when the weather collaborates.

It's Thai today. This place across the street is pretty good and the health nuts approve.

today is leg day for me...going to hammer as many carbs down as possible... my favorite local itialian joint has the best chicken and dumplins on their buffet today... eat as much of that as possible, along with maybe half a pizza and ill be fueled and ready to go....uh after a nap

Friday wings & beer are pretty brutal. Otherwise we keep the lunches light.

That Thai place has small lunch specials. $9 for curry.

Yeah we've really cut down on the junk and it feels damn good. Have to have those days though, got one coming real soon. Cami makes these bacon covered scallops that aren't junk but they are so damn good with beer that I could eat a thousand of them in one sitting.

2 cups coffee..1 with 1 tbs coconut oil
1 bagel with greek yogurt cream cheese
1 clementine
1 sugar free red bull

Trying to eat more in the morning so I can get some vitamins down without throwing up.

We never did find out what is tronnays new job. We get hints here and there once in a while.
