Why because I mentioned the justification? I started my post by saying it's low to beat a cuffed suspect. In the example I gave the guy wasn't cuffed.

I've had my share of run ins with shithead cops when I was younger but I was *only* beaten once, for not shutting up when I was told to.

They pulled me out of camera view to administer justice 'cause they didn't like my attitude.

I guess it is one of the fringe benefits of the job.
I wish I could punch people in the face that piss me off and have not face any consequences.

Too many cops act like criminals while on the job and see nothing wrong with their behaviour.
