Water damage in condo. I came home to wavy flooring on Sunday night. Pipe burst in the unit above us.

It's probably the end of our Torontonian adventure, at least for the next year or two. We're looking at places in Owen Sound, home of the Attack (OHL).

Haha, not quite yet. We're eyeing a rental unit with lots of hipster appeal (converted church) for now while we figure out a longer-term future. But yes, Owen Sound is totally affordable for us. One can get a 3br house for $250k and a fokkin' palace for $400k.
