Durito doesn't seem to want to share and thats fine but I think that if he loaned Juror money or Rouge took something from Rito he had no right to then I think Rito would say something about it and would be very specific. So far all we have had are vague claims and cryptic statements.

I like Durito and Rogue Juror, whats happening to Rouge is not fair, he's being judged without any evidence of wrongdoing. Silence may be perceived as suspicious by some but it is not an admission of guilt.

I 100%agree with you. Still if someone accuses me of stiffing (which he basically did in a roundabout way), I'm defending my name immediately.

Thats you and I understand what you're saying but you have no information about Jurors dealings and he may have been caught in the middle of something where keeping quiet may have been the best thing to do.

I really doubt this is just a simple case of Durito booking Jurors bets and Juror not paying.

There has been a fair amount of activity between posters in off the forum deals and schemes.

I know that there are forum members inside the US that have approached those located outside the US to help them with accounts etc. Sometimes things don't go as planned and it could be that things happen beyond the control of those trying to help.

I think its important to keep an open mind and avoid jumping to conclusions in a serious matter involving someones reputation.

He just made extremely vague comments, and notice since Rog has offered to be open and honest about what happened, Rito hasn't said a peep. I 100% do not think that Rog stiffed him and there is obviously way more to this then we know. That being said, unless one of them brings it up, there should be no more riding or accusing Rog, or even discussing it, there is nothing to discuss at this point, or even before hand with out hard facts.

Interesting take. Surprised it hasn't been said already.
 
Furthermore, I would bank on the reason Rog didn't say anything previously is because he is a fairly private person, he doesn't hardly discuss personal ongoings, especially when they involve other posters. Perhaps he was waiting for Rito to say something one way or the other, which he didn't. Neither of them brought it here themselves, which tells me neither one of them wanted whatever is going on, to be known here...and I think the fact that neither of them still haven't spoken details goes to show they still don't want it out there, and other posters should respect that. They know where to find each other and can work whatever it is out between themselves.

Nor did he stop Choo or Blitty from basically accusing RJ. I would agree RJ is a private person. Still, it was a bush move by those guys if RJ isn't directly involved.
 
could have avoided the whole thing if rj sent me a simple pm after i brought it up the first time.:yes: ... or a simple "i didnt stiff anyone" the first time it was mentioned... waiting until i comment on it a dozen times screamed of guilt, especially after the remarks from choo and lassorito... i am rightfully relentless on stiffs, so i went with it... im sorry if some feel i was too hard on him, but he should have stuck up for himself in the first place... i have no problems offering an apology, but would still like to get the story... again, rj is one of the last i ever thought would steal, so it was a shock...and even more of a shock when he didnt defend himself... the way it appears is that he was bearding and the book went bad...perhaps rito believes there is more to it than the book going bad :dunno: ... seems like posting under a different name and barely posting at all would be unnecessary if the case was as cut and dry as the book stiffing or stealing post up money... just sayin

What stopped you from sending a pm to Rogue to ask him directly?

Why was the onus on him to contact you?

I would wager that if you sent him a PM or email privately he would have responded and offered some explanation.
