SASKATOON—Canadians lining up in their cars for a Tim Hortons fix are causing traffic snarls and headaches in cities across the country. The problem has become so bad in Saskatoon that one city councillor has proposed a ban on all future drive-thrus. A report is looking into whether such a plan would work.
