I clean it one time. If it's dirty when I get it, I will only clean it then.

While visiting apartments last October, that one lady warned me against the perils of lint-trap neglect. I have been cleaning my lint trap obsessively since then, to the point where I'm disappointed if my lint trap does not require cleaning. I suspect that my roommate also cleans our common lint trap sometimes. She's never mentioned anything about it but I have this nagging feeling.

I feel sure she cleans the lint trap. I have seen her pics. It is written all over her face.

Yeah I bet you clean out her lint trap.

Sometimes we both get distracted and it gets very linty in there. Enough to form a dense, golf-ball-sized ball of lint.

It hasn't happened often enough for us to bring it up in conversation yet but once or twice more and we're gonna have a sit-down.

Yeah I bet you clean out her lint trap.

If "clean out her lint trap" is a euphemism for "vaginal intercourse" then no, not yet. I'll make sure to send you a short message text (SMS) if and when the aforementioned sexual activity occurs between her and I.

And another thing, what is with dentists?

While looking in my mouth this morning, my dentists asked me - as they always do - if I floss.

Probably due to the number of times dentists have stressed to me the importance of it, I do floss. Every day.

But here's my point: if flossing is so important, shouldn't they be able to tell just by looking if someone flosses or not? If you can't even tell, how much difference can it be making?

I hate flossing, it makes me mirror very dirty. I have to clean my mirror.....

I'm picturing a team of 5 or 6 dentists surrounding Muddy, staring intently at each other, trying to come to a consensus - does this lummox floss? Hmmm.

I mean they made 'em into a life-sized monument.

The worst part is when they start asking questions after they have begun their work and they have already placed so much stuff in my mouth that I can not answer properly. It's like, "Dude, if you are going to ask me questions, maybe don't place a complete line of backyard lawncare equipment in my mouth first."

Facebook needs to implement a feature that lets you know who just de-friended you. I like to know whose feathers I ruffle without doing all that guessing work.
