The lesser known of the "Rooster Sauce". I have to go buy some more of this because I just realized I am out. It is a little less spicy and a bit more flavorful than the regular stuff. I try to keep well stocked with both of them.

What do you use this for?

Muddy, you have become a great source for learning how to use words properly. I had to google Auspices.

Marinate your chicken wings in that before you bake/fry 'em. It is also good for making Asian style marinades. I do this one that has this sauce,Garlic, ginger, green onion, lime zest or lemongrass, soy sauce, honey and chinese cooking wine. Delicious if you get the proportions just right.

It's also good just as a dipping sauce

They're like tiny balls of breaded chicken, with more spices than McNuggets.

Have them with the Ranch dipping sauce for a premium experience.

The original name for these were:
"McChicken beaks and asses" after the ingredients - ground chicken parts left on the kill floor.
