That was not exactly what we were discussing before. We were talking about a world map that was not filled in and pointing at the blank countries and filling in the names. (At least that's how I took it.)

This was a lot easier, just listing all the countries without having to know where they are.

I got 192/196 here and ran out of time before I could get Jordan, Monaco, Tuvalu and Micronesia. If I did it again I would probably get those but skip over something else. Everything gets so crammed, it's hard to see what you're missing.
 
I have decided I am going to have to start making my own coffee instead of going out to Tim's all the time. It was one thing when I was working to spend 6-8 dollars on coffee every Sat/Sun. But it does not seem like a good idea to do that every single day while jobless.

So I am giving the homemade coffee a shot. The thing is, I have always found the coffee in my crappy little coffee maker to be inferior. Something about it has never quite worked. You get your caffeine but not the real spiritual coffee experience.

Anyway I bought the Tim's coffee in the big tin - and I bought some 18% table cream.

You know what? It's not bad.

I think it's the cream that makes all the difference. Too bad about my high cholesterol. But it's pretty good.
 
I always drink Folger's with Coffee Mate French Vanilla creamer at the house. Wakky will appreciate the mug.

Just downloaded The Beatles in Mono boxset. I expect to spend several weeks rediscovering most of their albums in the way they were intended to sound.

Of course man, I bought all 3 anthologies when they came out. I remember it being a huge deal back then, people lining up and shit.
 
Huh. I didn't even know the clocks were changing. I was sitting here thinking the games would be starting pretty soon but then I notice my computer saying 11:30 ish.

I'm like, 'That doesn't feel right.'

Then I notice my non-self-adjusting clocks saying 12:30 and I put 2 and 2 together.

I lose my job and I fall totally out of touch with the world on the first weekend.
