Would you agree that the almond is an underrated nut?

Lactose intolerance is real and it worsens with age. If I drink a glass of milk I could poop myself in pure liquid within an hour and be miserable for half a day. You could stay away from dairy but you really start to miss/crave it.

Lactade works and it's fokkin expensive. The corporate bastards win again. Hey mom and pop store develop your own Lactaid I'd pay a little more.

Try this Steve. I use it for my cereal even though I'm not lactose intolerant. I'm sick of drinking milk made by cows fed with hormones.

I read half of Steves post thinking it would be about nuts.

Blitty I pretty much like all nuts, the pinon is excellent. Peanuts are the least impressive. They are probably the cheapest easiest to make with the widest profit margin. That's why peanut butter is so common.
Blitty you think we decide what we like but actually they do.
I still believe the reason they started shoving artificial sweetener everywhere is because it's some kind of chemical waste byproduct of industry.

I saw sunflower seed butter at Trader Joe's. Look's like a lighter-colored version of PB.


Not a big fan of the Brazil Nut. I usually avoid those big creepers when I get mixed nuts.
