I clocked in 559 GB data usage on my ISP 2 months ago and 666 GB last month.

That sounds like a lot to me. I believe my plan just switched from 60 GB per month - which I was finding to be ample and I seldom even got warnings that I was getting close - to 200. Not because I wanted more but they offered me a deal.
