Sometimes I feel like I should be able to fly. Like airplanes can fly and I'm not nearly as heavy as them.

I said something to this effect today.

Co-worker: But airplanes have, like, streamline properties and they have to get going really fast.
Mudcat: You sound like you have been hacked by Saulty.

She had no idea what to make of that.

Haha. I feel it all the time. I also mentally prepare for the alarm to go off any time I exit a store.

As a kid, I would have my mom buy books for me after I swapped price stickers on them. I knew she wouldn't buy a $12 book, but $5-6 would be acceptable.

That was before barcode scanning, at Zellers.

Got caught twice. 2 memorable incidents there.
