I liked when Mitch Hedberg said that he knew how hard it was to stop smoking.

It's their job Muddy, just like it is a doctors job to tell you what to take or do for better health, their goals are to make sure people are healthy, not falling apart. Doesn't matter if you floss or not, you still need to and should go to the dentist...which I don't...they scare almost as much as spiders. I floss a few times a week, but not every day.

More consciousness of posture is needed going forward, I believe. Just a little too ready to slide into slouching mode when standing around waiting for the microwave or whatever. Gotta make the effort keep the shoulders back, chest out at all times.

That was kinda weird though. I was just out and about and one task was to stock up on these mints I like to have around. They are not everywhere, these mints. You have to learn where to find them.

So I went to this gas station and they had exactly 1 thingy of them. (I was looking to buy, I dunno, like 10. 20. Whatever.)

So I grab the one they have and it was $3.15. I pull the change out of my pocket and it was $3.05. I'm about to grab my wallet where I have plenny bills to cover it but the girl says. No, that's good.

Okay.

So a short time later I stop at a variety store and find 3 more. Comes to $8.45. I have more change in my pocket by now and along with a 5 dollar bill, I got $3.30. So that's $8.30. Again I start reaching for my wallet to go for the bills but she says no, that's good.

I don't remember the last time someone accepted less than full price for anything then suddenly it happens twice within half an hour with the same mints.

I don't know what's going on. People get around these mints and shit starts getting mighty casual.

And what is the name of these casual mints?

These mints? Actually there are 2 acceptable kinds. They are both Wintergreen but they are slightly different.

There are these which are a very smooth textured more-or-less puck-shaped mint.

And then there are these which have a rough texture and start with a more subtle flavor before building up to the full wintergreen.

In looking for those pics, I noticed I could be buying these for way less at Amazon or whatever.

I sometimes don't think of things.

Guess I will do that in the future.

A large serving spoon is the proper thing for a bowl of croutons.
