They didn't have the old cheddar I usually buy so I got very old cheddar. It's white. That is throwing me off. I can't even tell if it tastes okay, I am so thrown off by the color.

Cheese should be cheese color.

It's like white chocolate. I have no idea if it even tastes like chocolate because it's white therefore my brain is saying not chocolate. I don't know what I'm tasting. Some kinda thing.

I don't mind them selling something called white chocolate - but they should make it brown.

I'm having it on burgers this evening so I won't be able to see it so that will give me a better indication.

I probably just need to work with it. Get my brain straightened away.

As is so often the case, my brain works against my brain.

If I was a betting man, my money would be on the brain and not the cheese being the problem.

What would Bernie do?

So anyway, changed my mind and had pizza for dinner. It was a frozen pizza but I always put some enhancements on it and today that included some sliced white cheddar. I could see the cheese but it was more blended than just having a hunk on the side or melting it straight on some sausages, which is what I have been doing since I procured the very old cheddar.

It was an in between situation, cheese-wise. Less jarring.

I can't say it was just the cheese but damn it was some tasty pizza.

nope...cold weather compression pants...

pic was from the other day, but you get the idea... not much fun to put on or take off...or check for accidents :nope:

coach Senco opened his BBall coaching career this morning and
is now undefeated since accepting the head coaching position of the 8U Hawks
high scoring affair but we prevailed 10-4 over a talent challenged Knicks squad.

after yrs of being hesitant to try his patience at teaching 7/8 yr olds the game, he couldnt stomach sitting on sidelines any longer
watching clueless, rec league daddies w/out a days experience playing organized bball attempt to teach kids to at least have chance to let them experience what it feels like to win a game.

coaching 7/8 yr olds is like herding cats at times
for most part its been enjoyable so far and I get to relive the glory days dominating the kids at practice like Jordan in the 90s:pogo:

however, I'm not the coach that trys and make his son the star, point guard, QB, etc... go to player of the team...like most youth sports are plagued with.
coaching to win, all about winning... contrary to the clique " as long as the kids have fun, doesn't matter the outcome"
Bullshit, you win= you having fun:teela:

Senco you coach now? That's fucking cool man wow. The more coaching stories the better imo I don't think I'd have the patience for it.

Actually had a little jammy jam with Cami last night me on geetar and harp Cami can sing and I cannot

it's early yet but we will share when it's not terribly awful (which I don't see ever happening but we will try)
