I find it odd that, when I go to SI.com and check the NBA standings, Atlantic Division, they got Brooklyn at the top 10-15, then the Raptors, 21-6, then the Celtic 10-14 (then Knicks and Philly). The team with the third best record - or so my math background tells me - is first.

In the Pacific division, they got the Clippers listed 5th, despite the 2nd best winning percentage. They've got the best-record Grizzlies right at the bottom of their division.

The other 3 divisions list the teams in order from best to worst.

It's all puzzling to me.
