hahaha...what did you expect, stevies? for them to show wolves ripping a guy into a million pieces and blood flying everywhere...and then rolling the credits? there was only one way that movie ended...no reason for it to get into the gore category, imo...

i will say im waaaay more impressed with the action flicks that Neeson is making as opposed to the dogshit that sly/arnie/dolph are selling out to.

I expected him to pull out more McGyver shit kill the wolf and find his way home. I would have liked the wolf killing him better at least then someone wins.

Yeah I was overall impressed with that movie. It really was gripping.

Muddy, Branson is a complete scoundrel! Didn't like the guy from the beginning getting on people just for having money and then he does this crap!

He's all over the place. I don't dislike his beliefs but he gets preachy at the wrong times with the wrong people, acting all brave. And then he starts acting on his beliefs and - BOOM - his balls shrink to the size of raisins. Wotta guy.

And I'll tell you another thing: this new footman could be trouble.

Trouble I tell you.

So - to whomever may be concerned - the new Fox show The Following is premiering this evening. That's the one with Kevin Bacon and serial killers and stuff.

Seems like a longshot that it will catch on for me. Setting the odds at +700. However I'll check out episode #1 at least.

So there's that FWIW.

Yeah we couldn't stick with Justified. Olyphant is cool as heck and there is good action but man especially the theme music is too "networky". Good one to have on the back burner.

We have established Entourage as Camis favorite show ever.

House of lies continues to get sillier and sillier still like it though but not as much as I did. Psycho Jeannie is funny then just ridiculous and unbelievable sometimes. Californication, hate to say it Hank but can we kill off the daughter? She's just a fokking buzzkill.

Apparently you are getting Shameless and House of Lies a day ahead of me. I looked for them yesterday - and same thing last Sunday after you mentioned them - but no, definitely Monday here.

So I will have to watch out for spoilers on those ones I guess.

New episodes of Girls - and also Downton Abbey - are Sunday for me, but Monday for those two.

I wonder when Veep is starting up again.

It's called the "One Up Muddy Pack" on Dish Network and it costs me $12.99 plus taxes per month to get everything a day earlier than you. Doesn't apply to sports unfortunately or I'd be able to turn into Durito.

is it worth getting hbo? I canceled it but then I saw Girls in a hotel, was pretty good

I dunno. They have had some great stuff in the past but I just had a look at the list of current shows. There is some worthwhile stuff but not that much there. I guess it depends how much it costs you and how much you care and how much you are able/happy to download stuff off the net.

I get a whole package of channels which include HBO shows - plus Showtime shows - plus a bunch of somewhat new movies (not as new as the pay-per-view channel but newer than regular TV. That deal is worth it to me. But I couldn't speak for anyone else.
