I wonder if Gwyneth Paltrow ever sees a commercial for an upcoming showing of se7en on some channel or other - and they show clips of that scene where Morgan Freeman gets that box and tentatively starts cutting it open while Brad Pitt and Kevin Spacey are doing what they're doing - and I wonder if she thinks, "You're in for a surprise. My head is in there."

Rocknrolla (2008) - I enjoy this movie. Not as much as the 2 Guy Ritchie classics but still good.

It's odd because for the first 15-20 minutes I can understand less than half the dialogue (combination of poor hearing and thick accents delivering mumbly slangy lines). Usually that would kill a movie for me - but I actually end up enjoying this very much and the time flies by.

However I see I had it rated 8 at imdb. I can't justify that. Downgrade to 7.
 
Which reminds me. There was talk back at the time there would be a sequel, a RocknRolla 2.

Don't know what happened with that.

That's because Russell Crowe is in a supporting role and Mark Wahlberg is the protagonist (i.e. main character).

Supporting actors almost never get billed above the lead.

I've always been annoyed when the poster photograph doesn't match up with the actors' names on the poster.

I'm not allowed to post images, yet, but now there are a bunch of people walking around thinking Danny Glover is a middle-aged white woman.
