When I think about it, I remember so much stuff that has happened - like recently in show terms. Arya was the girl with no name - Ramsey Bolton got dispatched at Winterfell - Hodor held the door - Cercei caused a big bang - Daenarys was pissing me off by worrying about governing some damn city instead of chasing after the throne - Jon Stark has had his life and death issues - Stannis Baratheon was a horrible dumbass but then he met Brien of Tarth.

That's not even counting chicky-poo whose brother got the shit killed out of him by The Mountain - and so she killed her king and is now running her town with revenge in mind - while the dead brother started chasing Pablo Escobar.

Tyrion has his shit and there's dudeguy with the skin disease on his wrist who has been ordered to cure his damn self.

Was that all last season? I just hope they have a good, detailed previously on Game of Thrones before every episode.

I don't feel as though I have seen as much promotion for GoT as there has been in the past.

Me too! No hype leading up to tonight!

Can't wait for Ballers next week!

Genius (season 1) - this look at the life of Albert Einstein was just flat-out good. Interesting and educational - even a bit inspirational at times. I am very glad to know the great man better. Season 2 will be Pablo Picasso and I will be watching. 7.9 out of 10 for the Einstein series.

6 episodes in. Very good despite the TV-movie production values.

It wouldn't be for everyone but it worked for me.

As it was going along I was often thinking, I would like less relationshippy stuff and more science. But realistically, an indepth exploration of that kind of science doesn't translate to a mainstream TV show. And in the end, I really appreciated how the relationships were not just gratuitous filler. They were essential to understanding who the man was. I mean, I found it pretty cheap and eyerolly how they opened episode 1 with the older Einstein boinking his young secretary or whoever she was against the wall - but it recovered nicely.

I watched it. It always has bits I am less interested in than others but overall, I enjoyed it.

It was another one of those early season foundational episodes. There are a lot of interesting places it could go.

I gotta say it: Arya Stark - she's not pretty.

I just finished episode 2. It is relatively mistake-free and eyeroll-free, but I'm waiting for something to really grab me.

I'll keep going for now.

one thing I liked is that the Spanish speakers sound legit, the way they speak jumping from English to Spanish and back is how a US raised Spanish speaker sounds like and non had any goofy accents, other shows better call saul, breaking bad fok this up a lot, they have obvious English only speakers doing Spanish dialogs or have other nationalities doing Mexican accents which end up sounding stupid, Gus, Nacho, Hector Salamanca all sound lol when they speak, here on Snowfall they all sounded authentic, the Jews too when they fokked up they were speaking Hebrew

the Iran-Contra-CIA angle looks interesting

If we had a decent userbase someone would've laughed at that by now.

:boo:

Game of Throne? I have no idea

Should I watch?
