e.b was good...that fucking nutso going all shovel on dudes head was cracking me up...

i like the deb loves dex twist that she finally let out of the bag...can see them fucking before too long

love/hate started back last week (se.3)... solid show shot in dublin... revolves around daily gang/drug activities of a few local groups...

Dexter is losing my interest. It used to be more about his fucked up mind justifying his actions towards others through his life. Now we are incorporating all the standard bullshit of adding subplots like the cop getting paid off and loving strippers. I guess a pro this season is they finally added a hot girl for dexter to fuck. Otherwise this show is seeming to become mainstream and dull for me. Debra loving dexter? Wtf kind of idea is that for a good subplot?

Yea the show sucks now. Put me to sleep last night.

Dexter was very bad. No clue why they brought back the Deb loves Dex storyline. It's more disturbing than it is interesting TV.

It was already pointed out that Isaac and Victor were lovers, or at least strongly implied. The scene several episodes ago where Isaac went to Victor's apartment and found the picture of them hidden in the frame gave it away.

Batista bought a restaurant. Yawn. The step kids show up again out of nowhere. Stupid. And the way Laguerta suspected Dex as the bay harbor butcher is absurd. She saw his name on a list and that led her to pursue it? Get the fuck outta here.

Ok, let me start by saying, I think with the way the storyline is headed, the only way you can enjoy it, is to simply accept it with out any questions or thought.
Now then, I do not understand why they brought the deb being inlove with Dex either and all Jealous and torn up over his relationship with Hannah. I find it absurd.
I had assumed with the picture of them that they were brothers or something. Didn't see that coming.
I also don't really understand how Laguerta is coming to her suspicions either. Though I feel like the whole point of all of these odd plot twist is to try and show there is more pressure on Dex....keep the audience guessing.

Now, on another note, what really amuses me, is how you all seem to watch the same shows, and enjoy them, and it would appear you all generally share the same thoughts on them.

I'll take Isaac , Hannah Quinn and his stripper ftw. Now that Deb has come out with her feelings for Dex Quinn basically has no point on the show, he was the off/on Dab interest but that's gone for good now. Isaac is the main villain, they all die. Deb/possibly Dex kills Hannah. That actress is a legit moviestar and she's not doing another season. Isaac (also a legit moviestar) Russians take out the stripper then Quinn on their way out.

Hannah is going to try to kill Deb and Dex will stop it. Just like season 1, he will choose Deb. Too bad... Hannah is so much better to look at than Deb.

Laguerta's gotta go. She isn't Deb and won't look the other way after finding out the truth about Dex. But she doesn't fit the code so not sure how they handle that.

Watching next week's preview, the police captain from the first couple seasons is back. I liked that dude.

Can't sleep for some reason so I think I am going to do up a list of my top movies as I was requested to do awhile back.

Can't remember if I was supposed to do 10 or 20 so I will do 15.

There is a lot of dithering I could do and disclaimers and justifications but I won't bother. I have a lot documentaries rated highly but I'll leave those out of this.

This is what I've got, in order of ranking:

Pulp Fiction
The Godfather
The Godfather II
Schindler's List
The Silence of the Lambs
Babe
Saving Private Ryan
No Country for Old Men
The Shawshank Redemption
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest
Seabiscuit
The King's Speech
Charlie Wilson's War
Rounders
The Departed

A couple of my movies, I can't really be objective about. Specifically Seabiscuit and Rounders. Both have things about them - completely different things - that appeal to me on a deep personal level and I am unable to step back and judge them strictly on filmmaking merit.

I mean, I know Seabiscuit was a Best Picture nominee so I don't think I am completely crazy there. Rounders is probably crazier but I love that movie.
